You need to have all your changes loaded in the CK from mods, Then export your final product. Otherwise you are just exporting the vanilla facgens which are then broken by your mods that load after. When you are exporting the face gens you need to have your NPC mods loaded as well. As for the ref ID's if the first two are 00 then that record is from the vanilla game. Its possible you have other conflicts with those records in which case fixing the conflicts in 圎dit would be the better way to go. The file paths are easily broken for the facegen textures. Unless ofcoarse you have more mods down your load order that change anything with those NPC's. So long as these files are present it should be fixed. Am I just gonna have to live with it? If you select the overall actor tab in the tree and clear your filter you should get a list of all the NPC's in the game. Then I tried the second method to find out which mod was causing the change in the NPC by noting the first two numbers in their ID in game but the numbers were 00 when he said they should correspond to a mod in my load order. And now after trying that my game won't load up at all No other fixes? Tried everything on that link but it just won't work.
The other option is to open up 圎dit and see where the conflicts are.
